Match Day is Almost Here!



On Friday, March 18th medical students will be matched to hospital graduate training programs across the country. Fifth Third recognizes the special financial and time management needs your  physicians customers have today. Our Doctor Loan Program provides Residents with targeted benefits and simple solutions to meet your home financing needs. 
Program Benefits
1:

  • Financing up to 100% of home value on a new purchase up to $500,000 – or 95% up to $1 million

  • Employment start dates up to 90 days after closing allowed2

  • Fixed and Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM)3 loans available

  • No Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) required

3. After the initial fixed term of the ARM period, it is possible that the borrower's payment may increase substantially over the remaining term of the loan.
The Doctor Loan Program is restricted to primary, owner occupied residences only. Investment properties, second homes, construction to perm and lot loans are ineligible. If the borrower can document that the student loan payment is deferred or in forbearance for at least 12 months after closing, the student loan payment can be excluded from the Debt-to-Income calculation.
